| Report: | A brilliant final played in good spirits by both teams. Went right down to the wire, final game between Paul and Clive, where Paul decided to play most of the first 2 games horizontally, eventually breaking down Clive to run out a comfortable 3-1 winner.
Other highlights of the night included young Robbie demonstrating why he's on the rise as he battled to a very close fought and in the end, well won 3-2 victory against a strong Ashley at 5.
I didn't see much of Nilen vs. Richard but what I did, looked very much like Nilen continued on his strong season and had a bit too much for Rich.
A close game was had between Richard and Mike. Rich being a nervous wreck for 2 games before finally settling to take the next 2 and force Mike into winning it in 5.
And of course well played to Stefan who recovered from a first game whitewash to win vs. Adam
Comiserations to TW, really was a good final to close the season with. Look forward to playing you again soon! |
