| Report: | With club rotation in order this week Gina and Kev we're dropped and replace by Mickey and AB .
First up Jesus v Billy , no hang on the beard has gone ! The new looking Melbourne let's call him the porky Plummer ,was playing well taking the first and looked good to take the second , then a pull and exit rear door for porky had to retire .
On the other court Mickey was flowering away with his trickery Karen not in the first two games, come the third and all level at 8-8 Karen fighting for her life and her fight paid off to take the third (not a ladies champ for nothing ) The fourth saw Mickey take control again and closed the match out .
Captain over weight fat bastard v Alan = He won .
Superman v Darren. This a battle of the real heavyweights Dave as usual hitting very nice shots with Darren taking the second , from then on superman flew home at a canter 3/1
Last up but not least SImon v Afa Daley Simon played some lovely shots and gave a sterling performance just like the England matches ! Just not enough on the night .
So a 3/2 loss to our neighbours and a good night of banter MR WIse and MR Smith were fed and taken back to the home . |
